Project includes Sustainable integrated diversified self build 4479 SMART VILLAGE model and SMART HOME Neighbourhoods Group project Master plan for 1.2 Million Global Green Great Group (4G) Members for self employments at Home and Creates 1.2 Millions Venue for smart and Intelligent Income generating workstation at the own Home premises of the 4479 Union of the country Bangladesh based on United Nation’s Sustainable Development Goals for 2030 under auspicious of Architecture research and development Ltd. (ARDL) . ESHO is E-shop Smart Home. ESHO is a smart home based income generating work station for the company ARDL’s Union partners UPs, Community entrepreneurs CEPs and Associates. Union Global Business centre , productions workshop , buy/sales, marketing, promotions, super shop, exports, imports, loans, investments ,supply , training ,learning and information centre along with online agent banking, digital centre, centre of the kishore kisoree club, centre of the age club, centre of the job club ,meeting place , Admission information centre for various educational institutions ,store, digital market place , etc. Each Smart home is built-in with solar, bio gas plant, pure water treatment plant, and mini vegetable cultivation container including mini fisheries Aquarium, domestic animal cattle and poultry hatchery. The project’s main targets and Goals is for the country Bangladesh peoples Social development economic development and Environmental development within 2030 .After Surveying, feasibility analysis, ARDL plans, designing/modeling, project promotion for the partners sponsors investors and communicating to integrating the project’s people with ecologically and spiritually by partnerships for SDGs along with Private and Public or Government agencies with Financers or Donors or local and foreign organization. The project Cost is 1644.688 Billion BDT or 19.5 Billion USD. The project has Co-funding Strategic Financial planning to full fund generation of the project.It has innovative selection methods to select ARDL partners as and Associates including Union Partners called UPs and Community Entrepreneurs partner CEPs by ARDL’s Executive committee which will be creates by ARDL with Financers and investors. ARDL Negotiate with interested Local and International financial organizations, This Master Planned project will endeavor to help the government to reach BD’s SDG 2030 to 2050 and BD’s Delta master plan 2100.

Source of Fund by Executive Agency by Architecture research and development Ltd. ARDL and suppliers’ credit as per 144 Instalments as per agreement with factory and suppliers. Select ARDL Associates and Services providers, provide training to the Ups and CEPs through competent trainers and Enlisted qualified organizations, Phase C– Sustainable Development Goals analysis and closing of the project phase.
